  1. OMG this is my absolute favorite childhood snack. I haven’t had it in 10 years because I have no idea how to make that beef jerky sauce. Thank you Helen, you have no idea how amazing you are 🥰

  3. Ugh looks so good chi! I haven’t had it for almost 10 years! But now as I don’t eat meat or fish anymore, I would love to see if you have any vegan/vegetarian subs recommendations. Of course It won’t taste exactly the same for sure but something to help with the craving maybe 🤣

  7. I miss watching your older videos. It was more personal. As much I still like watching your videos now, it isn’t the same.

  8. Been watching all your videos 10 years ago. What can be substitute for the pate 😀

  9. Hi Helen, all your recipes are solid. I have used so many and people have only gave me positive comments for making them. I hate wasting ingredients to find out that my result is nothing like those on YouTube but your recipes are always spot on! Thank you so much! Before I knew about you, I didn’t know how to cook. You make me look like an expert. Keep up the great work you are doing. Thank God for you😊❤️👍

  10. I've ne we heard of any of these! Thanks for sharing!

  14. Wow delicious!!! Other than using milk to soak the stredded breads, I think I would use the soaked pork liver milk so there wouldn't be any need to threw it away. However, instead of directly reusing the pork liver milk into the bread, I think it would be safe to first simmer boil the pork liver milk in a pot for a while and then pour it in the bread. I would assume boiling it breaks down or fight off any meat substance… xD?? Hahaha

  18. Could you put a list of ingredients on the screen as it goes chi? I ve been living in the US for 7 years as a professional but still it s hard for me to follow the fast pace of the video. It would be helpful too if you provide Vietnamese subtitles for those who dont know or are not English proficient. Anyway, Im a big fan of your cooking chanel.

  19. Looks so yummy!! But so many steps. Maybe one day I'll try this!

  22. Use Vietnamese Beef Jerky folks…it's got a softer texture than traditional American Beef Jerky.
