Heh I just found some really nice bananas at our local Cambodian market, so I tried to make this myself. Looked at three or four different online recipes, and decided to mix them up a little. There was definitely not enough water, so the final product turned out REALLY thick. The tapioca(?) shreds…some of them cooked and others were still hard in the middle. You soaked them for two hours; they said to soak them for 15 minutes. But it would have been a lot better if they'd soaked longer. It's edible. I forgot to add the ants tho. I'll put them in next time.

Chuối cắt xuôi ,cắt làm 3 4 miếng,chuối 9 quá kg ngon vừa chín á
Ở miền Tây nếu dùng chuối thì làm 2 món ngon nhất là: chuối nếp nướng và chuối xào dừa. Nhức nách.
